ABOUT LENORA

Lenora Grimaud is a woman of many lives. She was married to a Military Officer and Deacon in the Catholic Church for twenty-four years; raising a son and three daughters. When her marriage came to an end, she became a Nun for ten years. After being refused for final vows, she returned home and presently, lives as a single lay woman in private vows. Lenora has been very active in the Catholic Church since 1968, serving in the United States and Europe. She has served in many different ministries: the leadership of the Military Council of Catholic Women in the United States and Europe; Charismatic Renewal, Parish and Diocese; Diocesan Director of Divorced and Separated; Right of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA), Parish Coordinator; Adult Spirituality, Parish Coordinator; Magnificat Ministry to Catholic Women, Chapter Service Team and Regional Team; Women of Grace, Facilitator; and Spiritual Enrichment for Women. She is also a certified Spiritual Director. Her gifts have involved her in giving retreats, bible studies, women’s study groups, public speaking, writing, and spiritual direction. She was also a blog editor for parishworld.net for several years, and has posted many of her articles on-line. After many years of self-study and experience, Lenora received her BA in Religious Studies and Psychology when she was sixty-two. Presently, she is a grandmother of twelve and is expecting her eleventh great-grandchild.
